Streaming Lite Super License

This Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the date of installation or use of the software (the “Effective Date”) by and between ShreebhattJi aka DevdattBhatt, with its principal place of business at 714,vyaswadi , sanosara shihor bhavnagar 364230 (“Licensor”), and the individual or entity acquiring the software license (“Licensee”).

1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software (“Software”) solely for its intended purpose, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

The Licensee shall not:

1. Modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
2. Distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
3. Use the Software for any purpose other than as expressly permitted under this Agreement.

3. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

• The Licensee is required to enter into an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with the Licensor for continued use and support of the Software.
• The AMC fee shall be determined annually by the Licensor and is subject to change with prior written notice.
• Failure to renew the AMC within the specified time frame may result in termination of this Agreement.

4. No Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability

• The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of information) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• The Licensee assumes full responsibility for the use of the Software and any outcomes resulting from its use.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

1. The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are and shall remain the sole property of the Licensor.
2. This Agreement does not grant the Licensee any ownership rights in the Software or any related documentation.

6. Termination

1. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions.
2. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in its possession.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, concerning the Software.Licensor  reserves right to change this agreement from time to time if Licensee not agree with terms then Licensee can stop using  software and deletes it.

8.Right to access

This agreements provides you right to access broadcasting streams from network managed by urmic.org aka Shreebhattji within timeline of your AMC .

Acknowledgment

By using the Software, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
