1. Introduction

By accessing our website and availing of our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all customers who engage with our software services and network management AMC.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

URMIC.org provides:

  • Software development and customization services.
  • Network infrastructure management and support.
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for software and network systems.
  • Technical consulting and troubleshooting.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to avail of our services.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or other methods supported by PayU Money.

A receipt will be provided for all transactions.

Taxes, if applicable, will be added to the total amount.

5. Service Agreement

  1. Software Services:
    • Delivery timelines for software projects will be mutually agreed upon in the contract.
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate project requirements.
    • Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.
  2. Network Management AMC:
    • The AMC covers routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for the agreed duration.
    • Issues arising from third-party interventions or external factors are not covered under the AMC.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.
  • Refunds are only applicable for services not yet rendered.
  • AMC agreements are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
  • In case of project cancellation, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion based on the stage of completion.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all customer data and proprietary information. Customers must not share any confidential information provided by URMIC.org without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

URMIC.org is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of data due to third-party interference, including cyberattacks.
  • Our total liability under this agreement will not exceed the 100 rupees for all service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • There is a breach of these terms.
  • Payment obligations are not met.
  • Misuse of our platform or services is detected.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bhavnagar Jurisdiction, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhavnagar Jurisdiction, India.

11. Amendments

URMIC.org reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
